Description

High ProteinJoint HealthSoft

Light, crunchy and gone in seconds, they are basically crisps for dogs. Our Puffed Chicken Feet are 100% chicken, air-dried and puffed, so they are far easier to crunch than a standard dried foot.

Key features

  • Around 8g a foot. As a natural product, sizes vary.
  • One ingredient. Chicken feet. No additives, no preservatives.
  • High in protein. 42.8% protein and 34.2% fat.
  • Puffed, not just dried. Puffing makes the foot light and airy, so it crunches up easily.
  • Kind to smaller mouths. A great pick for small dogs, puppies from 12 weeks and older dogs.
  • A natural source of glucosamine and chondroitin.

Worth knowing

They are a richer treat, so they are best as an occasional reward. Dog doesn't get on with chicken? Try our Duck Feet or Turkey Feet instead.

Suitable for puppies from 12 weeks, with supervision.

Please supervise your dog while they enjoy this treat, and make sure fresh water is always available. As a natural product, sizes may vary slightly.

Questions We Get Asked +

What does puffed mean?

Rather than drying down into something hard, they expand slightly and come out light and airy. That makes them far easier to chew than a standard dried chicken foot, and it means the small bones crumble rather than crunch.

Is that safer than a normal chicken foot?

Easier to manage, certainly, particularly for small dogs, puppies and older dogs with worn teeth. The usual rules still apply: supervise, and if your dog swallows things whole rather than chewing, this is not the treat for them. Bone is only a problem when it has been cooked, and these are dried rather than cooked.

What is in them?

100% chicken feet, which are a natural source of glucosamine and chondroitin, plus 42.8% protein. They are a tasty treat rather than a supplement, so there is no need to give ten of them.

How long do they last?

Seconds to a minute. These are a quick, satisfying crunch rather than a chew to occupy an afternoon. Turkey feet are the bigger option if you want something more substantial.

My dog cannot have chicken.

Then give these a miss and look at duck feet or turkey feet instead. Chicken is one of the most common sensitivities and there is no way around it here.
