What if the dog has allergies or a sensitive stomach?
A gift card is the safest choice, because their owner knows exactly what their dog can have. If you would rather send a box, drop us a message after you order and we will leave out anything the dog cannot eat. Every treat we sell lists exactly what is in it, and most are a single ingredient.
Can I send a gift straight to someone else?
Yes. Gift cards go by email to whoever you choose, with your message, on the date you set. For treats and boxes, just put their address as the delivery address at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more, which includes every size of our gift box. Gift cards are sent by email, so there is no postage at all.
Do your gift cards expire?
No, never. They can be spent on anything in our shop, including the one-off gift boxes, but not on Join the Pack subscriptions, and they are for our online shop only rather than our market stalls.
