Subscription Questions
What's inside the boxes?
A mix of our natural treats and chews, chosen around your dog's size and what you've told us they like. Every box has a long-lasting chew in it, and we change the contents month to month so there's always something new.
When will I get my first box?
We pack and send it within 1 to 2 business days of you subscribing, and it usually arrives 3 to 5 days after that.
When am I billed after that?
On the same date each month, and your box is packed as soon as the payment goes through.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. If you're away or the cupboard's still full, skip the next box from your account and pick it back up the month after.
What if my dog can't have something?
Tell us when you subscribe and we'll keep it out of every box. If anything changes later, email us and we'll update your notes.
Can I change size or cancel?
Both, from your account, and neither means starting again. Puppies grow, so moving from a small box to a larger one is a couple of clicks. There's no minimum term, so cancelling is entirely up to you.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Email us and we'll help you set one up. Drop us a line at hello@wagandwhistle.co.uk and let us know how many months you'd like to give.
