Wag & Whistle: Shipping Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Everything about how your treats get to you. If you're looking for returns, refunds or cancellations, that's covered in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We don't ship internationally at the moment.
Getting your order ready
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
You'll get an email confirming your order as soon as it's placed, and a second email when it's on its way.
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are picked up the next working day. During busy periods (Christmas especially), dispatch can take a little longer, and we'll say so on the site if that's the case.
Delivery options and costs
Standard Delivery: £4.50. Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually arriving 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Local Delivery: free. Our own delivery, by us, no courier involved. Covers a 6-mile radius of Alfreton, Derbyshire, and usually arrives within 1–2 working days. If your address falls inside that area, the option appears automatically at checkout. If it doesn't appear, you're outside the zone.
Free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
Join the Pack subscribers get free delivery on every subscription box, whatever the value.
Tracking your order
Standard Delivery orders are tracked. Your dispatch email includes the tracking number, and you can find it again under My Orders in your account.
Local Delivery isn't tracked, because it doesn't go through a carrier. We're bringing it to you ourselves. If you'd like a heads-up on timing, just ask.
If something goes wrong
Your parcel hasn't arrived. If it's been more than 7 working days since dispatch, email us at hello@wagandwhistle.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it. We won't ask you to wait weeks before we help.
It's arrived damaged. Send us a photo at hello@wagandwhistle.co.uk. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't need to post anything back in most cases.
Something's missing. Tell us and we'll put it right. Occasionally an order goes out in more than one parcel, so it's worth checking your dispatch emails first.
Until your order reaches you, it's our responsibility. If it's lost or damaged in transit, that's ours to sort out, not yours.
Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody could take delivery, we'll happily resend it, though we may need to charge postage again.
Delays outside our control
Sometimes things happen that we can't do anything about, such as courier strikes, severe weather or road closures. We're not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but we'll keep you informed and do whatever we can to help.
Returns and refunds
Cancelling an order, sending something back, and how refunds work are all covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
