Accessibility
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Wag & Whistle is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including customers with disabilities.
Our commitment
We aim for our site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognised standard for web accessibility. This includes things like:
- Clear, readable text with sufficient colour contrast
- Text alternatives for images
- A site that can be navigated by keyboard as well as mouse
- Consistent, predictable navigation throughout the store
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As we continue to build and improve the site, we're working to identify and correct any areas that fall short of these standards.
Feedback
If you experience any difficulty using our website, or have suggestions for how we can improve accessibility, please get in touch. We want to hear from you. Email hello@wagandwhistle.co.uk and we'll do our best to help and to act on your feedback.
If you'd rather have any of the information on this site in another format, or you need help placing an order, just say so in your email and we'll sort it out.
