Questions we get asked

The ones that come up most about this range

What are furry dog treats?

Natural chews with the fur left on, air-dried with nothing added.

Why feed treats with fur?

The fur adds natural roughage, which supports healthy digestion.

Are furry treats a natural wormer?

They are traditionally fed as one, but they are not a substitute for your vet's worming treatment.

Are furry treats messy?

A little. The fur can leave the odd tuft on the rug, and the Venison Leg is a hearty, messy chew, so these make great garden treats.

Which furry treat is the leanest?

The Furry Buffalo Wrap at 4.4% fat, followed by the Cow Ear at 6.4%. Both are in our low fat range.

Are furry treats suitable for puppies?

All four are suitable for puppies from 12 weeks, with supervision.
