About the box

Like a birthday every month, except your dog doesn't have to wait a whole year. Join the Pack is a box of natural treats for your dog, put together by us and posted to your door every month. Free delivery, always.

Tell us your dog's size, what they can't have and what they love, and we'll build each box around them. No two months are the same, so there's always something new to try.

What's in a box

Can I cancel or skip a month?

Any time, and without having to ask us. Skip a month, change box size or cancel altogether from your account. No minimum term and no notice period.

My dog cannot have certain things. Does that work?

That is the point of telling us. Let us know what they cannot have and we build around it. This is the whole reason we started Wag & Whistle, because our Rory reacted to nearly everything on the shelves.

Which size box do I need?

By weight. Under 8kg is the Teeny Treat Treasure, 8 to 20kg is the Mid-Size Munchable, and over 20kg is the Kingsize Collection. If your dog is borderline, size down and see how a month goes.

Will they get the same things every month?

No two boxes are the same, so there is always something new to try. The one exception is the headline chew for your size, which is in every box because dogs would riot otherwise.

Is delivery included?

Always, on every box, whatever the size.

Is it cheaper than buying separately?

You get free delivery every month and early access to new products, and the variety means your dog tries things you would not have thought to order. If there is one chew they always want, buying it singly may suit you better, and we would rather say so.
