Description

Low FatSensitive StomachsSoft

Lick mat fans, this one's for you. Our Turkey Pate is a smooth, single-protein pate that is 94% turkey, and it can be sliced, cubed, grated, mashed or stuffed into just about anything. It is also brilliant for hiding tablets, but let's keep that between us.

Key features

  • 400g. Plenty to go round.
  • Single protein. 94% turkey, 4% sweet potato, 1% seaweed and 1% vitamins and minerals.
  • Low in fat. Just 6.3% fat, so it suits a dog on a careful diet.
  • Grain and gluten free. Gentle on sensitive tummies.
  • Soft. Kind to older teeth, and suitable for puppies from 4 weeks.
  • Enrichment friendly. Perfect for lick mats and Kongs, or for stuffing a Beef Trachea, Calf Hoof or Buffalo Horn.
  • Training ready. Cut it into soft, high value rewards.

Good to know

  • A treat and topper, not a meal replacement.
  • Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 to 3 days.
  • Fancy a change of flavour? Try our Duck Pate.
  • As a natural product, shape and colour may vary.

Suitable for puppies from 4 weeks and senior dogs.

Please supervise your dog while they enjoy this treat, and make sure fresh water is always available.

Questions We Get Asked +

How long does it keep once opened?

Keep it in the fridge and use it within 2 to 3 days. Unopened it is fine in a cool, dry cupboard. You can also slice it up and freeze the portions, which is handy if you only use a little at a time.

What do people actually use it for?

Stuffing hollow chews like buffalo horns, calf hooves and trachea, then freezing them. Also lick mats, Kongs, cubed for training, mashed into a meal for a fussy eater, and hiding tablets. It is the most versatile thing we sell.

Can it replace a meal?

No. It is a complementary treat, not a complete food, so it should not be the whole dinner. Count it towards the day's total the same as anything else.

How young can a puppy have it?

From 4 weeks, and it suits senior dogs just as well since it needs no chewing at all.

Turkey or duck?

Turkey is the gentler all-rounder. Duck is the one to pick if your dog reacts to chicken and you want to move further away from poultry they are used to.
